Description

Our project called "Investing in Youth" has as main theme the proffessional preparation and orientation of young people according to companies needs. The purpose of the project is to facilitate the access of future graduates in the bussines and afairs environment by learning them the main steps they have to take in this dirrection and also establishing the connection btween the potential employers and the students. The project aimes to have 80 participants, young students in the last year of graduation or at the master degree, 8 companies involved and by the end of the project at least 60% of the students will be able to go to an interview with the possibilitie of beeing emplyed .
For putting in practice the puropse of the project , it will take the shape of 3 preparation modules having as main themes : Self Management, Skills and trainings and the 3rd module including project simulations or other kind of simulations based on the knowledge gathered by the students until then and also a main theme called "Exploring an occupation". The last 2 modules will be 2 conferences outside the city of Brasov. The project has 4 months plan starting in 1st of September to the 23rd of December 2008 including the preparation period, the project it's self and the evaluation period.
